Our Tutors

NORMAN MUSA
Born in Penang, Malaysia, Norman moved to the UK as a student. He worked as a Quantity Surveyor after he graduated and became a full-time chef in pursuing his passion. He is an author (Malaysian Food, Amazing Malaysian & Bowlful), TV Host, Adjunct Senior Lecturer & Consultant Chef. He is the co-creator and tutor for Wagamama Chef Academy and founder of Asian Cooking Academy. Based in London, he is currently working on his latest Malaysian cookbook due out in Autumn 2024.

YUI MILES
Yui comes from a Thai family with a strong belief that cooking and eating have always been a family life focal point. She won the Inspiring Culinary Generations National Cookery Competition 2020. She was the quarterfinalist for BBC’s MasterChef UK 2019 and a contestant for ‘Beat the Chef’ Show on Channel 4. Her first cookbook, ‘Thai Made Easy’ was released in Sep 2023.

DULLAH
Born and raised in Malaysia, Ana is a founder of Lazat Cooking, a top cookery school in Kuala Lumpur. She is an experienced tutor and her school is a favourite and visited by chefs from around the world to learn the authentic and diversity of Malaysian cuisine. Currently based in Manchester, she runs private and
corporate classes in the UK.
