Norman has written three cookbooks to date. The first book, 'Malaysian Food - A collection of my favourite dishes and the inspiration behind them' was self-published in 2009 and the second and third editions were published in the following years due to the high demand for it.
His second cookbook, a Malay language version 'Resipi Chef Norman' was published in 2011 and his latest award winning cookbook, published in the UK, Amazing Malaysian was released in February 2016. The Gourmand Awards jury announced that Amazing Malaysian won the 'BEST ASIAN CUISINE FROM BOOKS PUBLISHED OUTSIDE ASIA' category for the national level.
