SHORT BIO
Norman Musa is an award-winning Malaysian chef, cookbook author, and global ambassador for Malaysian cuisine. Born in Penang and based in London, UK. He has cooked for the Formula One Lotus Team and appeared on shows like MasterChef Malaysia, BBC’s Best Ever Dishes, and Sunday Brunch.
He’s the author of several cookbooks, including the bestseller Amazing Malaysian, and runs masterclasses, supper clubs, and food events across London, Amsterdam and Brussels.

Norman also co-created the Wagamama Chef Academy and founded the Asian Cooking Academy in London where he runs regular Malaysian masterclasses.
